The watch does not include a charger because the watch minus the band plugs directly into a USB charging port to be charged. You can plug it into your car charging port etc.
When you first receive your watch, charge it for a few hours before trying to use it, otherwise, it will seem unresponsive.
The touch screen function is at the bottom-middle of the screen of the watch where there is a sensor that allows you to scroll through the functions once touched/tapped.
To get your health readings (heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen levels), press your finger against the sensor for 3-5 seconds until it starts flashing. It will then display your stats.
To connect the watch to your phone, scan the QR code found on the instructions to connect and download the app.
